The module has 4 digital inputs (DIs). Digital inputs can operate as fast pulse counters, up to 1000 counts per second, or as timers that measure the ON state and also offer the possibility of connecting 2 encoders. The digital inputs support PNP and NPN input types. All inputs and outputs are isolated from the logic with optocouplers. Built-in FRAM memory for saving counters.
